Member of Parliament Eric Duncan has made changes to his constituency and satellite offices to enhance customer service and accessibility. The goal is to improve service levels and response times for Canadians who require assistance with federal issues and forms.
Duncan’s offices offer various federal services, including Passport applications, Canada Revenue Agency, Employment Insurance, Canadian Pension Plan, Old Age Security & Guaranteed Income Supplement, Immigration cases, and Veterans files.
Effective immediately, the following changes have been announced:
Evening Hours at Cornwall Office
MP Duncan’s main Constituency Office in Cornwall (691C Brookdale Avenue) will now have extended evening hours until 6:30pm on Wednesdays. This will provide additional time for individuals who work during the day or are coming from outside the city to visit the office and submit their applications and case files. The regular hours for the Cornwall office are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with Wednesdays now extended to 8:30am-6:30pm.
South Dundas Satellite Office
MP Duncan’s Morrisburg Satellite Office in Morrisburg has reopened on Thursdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. The office is situated on the 3rd floor of the South Dundas Municipal Centre at 34 Ottawa Street in Morrisburg, with elevator access available.
Winchester Satellite Office
Additionally, the regular office hours in Winchester will be moved from Mondays to Thursdays. The office will operate from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the North Dundas Township Building located at 636 St. Lawrence St. in Winchester.
