Indiana State Police are currently investigating a fatal crash that occurred west of downtown Indianapolis on Monday morning. The incident took place around 8 a.m. on September 11th.

According to the alert from INDOT, a car rolled off the right side of Interstate 70 westbound, near South Warman Avenue, resulting in the death of one individual. The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation.

Although no lanes of I-70 were closed as a result of the crash, traffic in the area was moving slowly during the early hours of Monday. Authorities are urging drivers to exercise caution and be aware of the ongoing investigation.
