GGPoker has announced its latest campaign, the Road to Paradise, offering players the opportunity to secure their spots at WSOP Paradise, the newest live stop of the World Series of Poker (WSOP). WSOP Paradise is scheduled to take place from December 3 to 14 at the luxurious Atlantis Casino & Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The event will feature 15 bracelet events and a guaranteed prize pool of $50 million, with the Main Event alone guaranteeing $15 million.
As the trusted online partner for WSOP, GGPoker is dedicated to helping players fulfill their dreams of participating in the prestigious tournament. The Road to Paradise campaign will kick off on October 1 and will provide various ways for players to secure their seats, including direct qualifiers, exclusive freerolls, OnLive events leading to three bracelet events, and the addition of Road to Paradise packages in weekly tournaments.
GGPoker has also hinted at a forthcoming special phased satellite event, claiming it will be the “biggest satellite of all time,” although further details have yet to be revealed.
GGPoker aims to send 1,000 players to WSOP Paradise, demonstrating their full commitment to this promise. During the previous summer, GGPoker successfully qualified almost 800 players for the WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas. For WSOP Paradise, they plan to send an additional 200 players and give away 200 High Roller packages as well.
Online qualifiers for WSOP Paradise have already begun on GGPoker, with 100 players securing their Main Event packages. The qualifiers have buy-ins starting as low as $15, gradually increasing to $150 and ultimately offering the coveted Main Event package valued at $10,000. Each Main Event package includes entry into the tournament, a 10-night stay at Atlantis Paradise Island Resort, and complimentary access to the lunch buffet.
For players seeking high-roller action, GGPoker offers the WSOP Paradise GGMillion$ VIP Package, valued at $35,000. This package includes entry into the $25,000 GGMillion$ event instead of the Main Event. Qualified players can secure this package for as low as $40.
The WSOP Paradise schedule features a wide range of events, catering to both high rollers and players with smaller bankrolls. The buy-ins range from $800 to $100,000, with prize guarantees ranging from $1 million to a staggering $15 million. The series highlights three OnLive format events, allowing participants to participate in online Day 1s and claim their winnings before arriving in the Bahamas. Additionally, two exclusive events will be hosted on GGPoker’s platform, including a Mystery Bounty Pot-Limit Omaha event with a $1 million guarantee and a No-Limit Hold’em Freezeout event with a $1 million guaranteed prize pool.
WSOP Paradise packages are also available for players in the US through WSOP.com, with online satellites exclusively for players in New Jersey and Nevada.
