Canara Bank: Application for Branch Premises – Single Bid System

Instructions to Offerers

The Canara Bank is inviting offers for the hiring of premises under the Single Bid System. Applicants are required to carefully read and complete the application form in handwriting using a ballpoint pen. Alterations to the original form will not be accepted.

Applicants must submit a photocopy of all the documents mentioned in the application, with a signature on each page. Any submission in a different format will be considered invalid and rejected. The application consists of multiple pages, all of which must be submitted with signatures in the designated places.

The offer letter should be submitted in a sealed cover.

The Notice Inviting Offer, Instructions to offerers, Terms and Conditions, Technical details of the premises offered, Carpet Area Definition, Strong Room specifications, and rental demand (Rate per Sqft carpet area) will be included in the offer letter.

To submit the offer letter, along with all other required documents and information regarding the owners and the property, please use a sealed cover marked as “Offer Letter for Hiring of Premises for Canara Bank at CHARICHAKKA Taluk-KRUSHNAPRASAD, District-PURI”. The name and address of the offerer must be clearly mentioned on the cover. The offer letter must reach the Office/Branch before 23/11/2023, 3:00 PM.

Please note that offers received after the specified submission date and time for any reason, including postal delays, will be considered “LATE” and will not be considered.

Ensure that all columns of the offer letter are filled out correctly and accurately.
