Successful Concealed Carry Permit Event in North Fayette Township

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office recently held a satellite license to carry concealed permit event at the North Fayette Township Community Center. Throughout the day, they processed a total of 460 permits. These events are organized to assist individuals who may find it difficult to visit the courthouse during regular business hours in renewing their permits.

The next satellite event is scheduled to take place on October 21 at the Monroeville Municipal Building, starting from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. To renew a permit at one of these satellite events, applicants only need to bring $20 and a valid ID.

This initiative by the sheriff’s office has proven to be successful in providing a convenient option for individuals to renew their concealed carry permits. It ensures that those who are unable to visit the courthouse during regular hours still have the opportunity to maintain their permits in a timely manner.

By offering these satellite events, the sheriff’s office aims to accommodate the needs of the community and make the permit renewal process more accessible for all. It enables individuals to maintain their lawful right to carry concealed firearms by offering them an alternative location and time to complete the necessary paperwork.

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to upholding the safety and rights of the community. These satellite events continue to be a valuable resource for individuals looking to renew their concealed carry permits efficiently and conveniently.
